10/16/2021 (part 2) Saturday Lesley's Ka'ena Update

Marilyn and I monitored the park together and sighted 6 seals.

R330 Squinty overnighted and spent the day solo on the beach

KG54 Huaka'i back on this side spent the day on the beach in the company of R407 Kawika

RL74 Kami showed up after being MIA for several days in an unusual spot. I check again for her thru out the day and did not see her again.

RW02 PVKauai was sleeping on reefs

RO40 Ka'ena also back on this side was doing swimbys till he decided to haul out in a very gracious manner.

We also got to see a Bristle-thighed Curlew foraging.
