Marilyn viewed Rabbit Island from 10:45 to 1:10 and there was only one critter on island today. On LPB was an U/A: unknown adult size, older coat, possibly male, and unsure about tags. Marilyn suspects this is the same adult male that she has been seeing on island lately. There were two sets of fresh monk seal tracks near the 3BS, chances are a couple of critters were there and left.
Team R&B started early morning looking for seals and whatever may they find on their journey. At the bay they found two seals foraging. There was R3CX Nalu and RL20 Kalua. Also looks like they got to see some dolphins as well.
At another west side location they found RH76 Kala. She was well hidden in the rocks. She is looking good and most of all is safely tucked away.
They spotted Kaale RH32 from a distance. They headed over to the area and found him on shore. He is about 50% molted.
Lastly just before the sun was starting its way down they found RM31 Kai. He was once again on a sand patch snoozing away. The kid is molting is at about 50%.
