Marilyn stopped by to check on Rabbit Island late this afternoon for about 15 minutes. She spotted four critters on island.
In the middle of LPB were; UA, adult size, darker coat. She could not see gender or tags. Also could not see any applied bleaches. There was also a U/S-A, unknown sub adult size, lighter greenish belly but unknown sex.
Closet to the 1BS were two seals mostly hidden behind a sand berm. UU#1, she could only see a small portion of this critter, no idea on size, sex, or tags. UU#2, also partially hidden behind the sand berm. This might have been P01, but Marilyn could not be absolutely sure since she never saw the belly or flippers.
Team R&B arrived at a westside location where RN14 was being bothered the other days. But today RH76 Kala showed up and they were happy to see her. They also found RL20 Kalua and looking greener than ever, if that's even possible. He moved around a bit, stretched, sneezed and slept.
From there they headed over to the bay and only found Nalu R3CX resting on the rocks.
At another west side location they saw a "rock" that was breathing and then it moved. LOL. Of course it was a seal that was very well hidden. They recognized Lei Ola RH48 looking quite beautiful and she was in the company of a male. He didn't give them much to go on and he didn't move, they had a hard time confirming his ID. He is a large male with a nice coat. They are pretty confident the male is Kekoa RK72.
