3/2/2018 Monk Seal Dailies (part 2) Lesley's Ka'ena Point Update

Tammy, Jaime & I went out to the point today on a mission to find a possibly injured Albatross, that Tammy & Dave had seen yesterday.
Tammy was out early and found the bird in the same location of yesterday, we arrived later. Happy ending bird was not injured and did a beautiful fly around us.

Tide was very low today, RO40 “Ka’ena” was hauled out at the beginning of the Runway.
On a first look there was only one seal in the Outer Pool doing the hippo thing. We went on the Albatross mission and when we came back R3CU and R330 “Squinty” were hauled out on the reef island in Main Pool.

All seals were out to the world.
