Team Billand found RE74 Benny high up on shore in Nanakuli. They called the hotline to inform. They stayed with da Benny watching as tourist were heading towards him, so they asked them to go around and they were cooperative. They worked with what they had and put up sticks for add some protection. Three volunteers arrived so they pulled up the sticks and left the site.
Next find for Team Billand was at a Leeward Beach. It was pouring rain and they sat and waited and sure enough there were at least four seals frolicking off shore. The first to haul out, Kekoa RK72, came right in and landed on rocks to the right and went to sleep. The others were still frolicking and making ID difficult due to heavy rain.
Continuing to wait the next critter to come in RW02 PvKauai onto the lower rocks, took his time and once he finally made it up he went right to sleep.
When Team Billand went back for a recheck PvKauai RW02 was gone, but there was another seal with Kekoa. Turns out to be our pierced lady Miss Lei Ola RH48. She was trying to settle into a good spot as the tide kept rising and consuming her and Kekoa. She galumphed towards high rock, and Kekoa was being washed about when another seal came by and BARKED loud, and then took off. Kekoa reacted by going over the rocks and leaving for the day. Meanwhile, Lei Ola galumphed all the way inland and was well hidden.
Seal returned and came up on rocks mouth wide opened vocalizing LOUD. He knew the others were arround, but didn't see any of them. He was ID'd as RN14 Kalani, continuing up over the rock just
sounding off "Where did everyone go?" Then he moved in more his eyes spotted a seal and with warp speed he galumphed up and over to Lei Ola. He approached her slowly, she remained very still.
Once he got to her, he sniffed her lady parts and Lei Ola shot up and gave him a LOOK.
Unfortunately there was something going on in the area, choppers were circling around and instincts told them they should leave the area. They left RN14 Kalani & Lei Ola together Valentine date.
