Team Billand's stop at a Leeward Beach they found a seal galumphing over the top rocks. By the time they got to him he was already in his favorite spot and they ID'd Kekoa RK72. They stuck around for about two hours. Later in the day they checked back on Kekoa and volunteer Kathy was on site. Kekoa was now in his water hole hidden pretty well.
Early in the morning Team Billand met a friendly Miss Piggy near Kalaeloa area. He/she was making soft oinks and came over for some attention and got some pats from Barbara. How cute is that?
Out on the west side Team Billand made a stop and at first thought there was a large rock, but it turned out to be RL42 who was resting. RL42 looks nice and chunky.
Gayle spotted one Rabbit Island critter today, from the photo it appears to be male.
Then Gayle checked out Kaimana's and found her most favorite seal (shhh don't tell the others) Kaiwi RK96 was snoozing in the shade.
