As usual they started the morning checking out the bay. There was RL20 Kalua foraging and stealing fish. Kalua was staying close to the jetty where a few fishermen were chumming the water. Team R&B stayed for just over an hour then headed out.
They made a quick stop at another west side location and found Nalu R3CX. Nalu was snoozing alone. They only stayed long enough to make a quick ID and then left.
At another stop their seal 6th sense came through. They spotted a seal in the rocks, it was a small sealclean coat and a very subtle scar on his face. Once they were able to study their photos they could see the applied bleach N30 on right side of his body. It was RP300 Puka, they were thrilled to see him so young and cute.
Team R&B's last stop was at yoks. The seal was so far away and they were unable to walk out to check. The seal was very green, and reported as an unidentified unknown. They couldn't stay and I know this probably drove Barb crazy. But bottom line the seal was seen and reported.
