Team T&D hiked Ka'ena point and met up with Lesley. Their first find was Luana RN58, she is looking big and beautiful. Their next find with Lesley was watching RL74 Kami. She was very itchy and scratching herself on the rocks or for that matter anything she could find. She's probably getting ready for her molt. Next seal was PvKauai RW02, he was very well hidden in the main pool. And last but not least was the kid Puka RL30 playing in the shallows.
Team R&B started their day at the bay and immediately saw two seals in the jetty. AND they were bothstealing fish (double trouble). They made an easy ID with little green Kalua RL20. The other seal was bigger and lighter in color not as green. They suspect it's RH32 Kaale but at this point it was too difficult. Team R&B returned later and found both seals had hauled out on the rocks and determined it was Kaale.
At another west side location they found RG28 Lefty looking very handsome. He was alone snoozing on the front water rocks.
Next they spotted a seal from afar. They drove over and found Kolohe RW22 alone snoozing peacefully.
I received a text from my niece who was hanging out at Nanakuli today. She spotted a seal and of course had to send me some pics. Hard to tell who it is, but based on the posse's best guess it may be Aukai. Whoever the seal was someone had put up signs around the it.
