November 28 2025 Thanksgiving Thursday

Team R&B was out early morning searching for four hours. 

They hung out at yoks for an hour waiting and looking for Lefty RG28. They never saw him, just the wallow where he had been. Needless to say the beaches were crowded.

They stopped at Kahe and found R617 with Kai RM31. The two of them were resting and everything seems just fine while Team R&B was there with them.

They spoke with a swimmer that said they saw three whales. Team R&B looked but never saw any whales. The woman said she even heard the whales while in the water.  wow!!

Making their way over to the outfall looking out over the waters. Finally they got a glimpse of a seal foraging off the outfall. The seal had a scar on its head and cc scar on its back. They ID'd this seal as the female R604. Team R&B had to leave to join their family so they don't know if she ever hauled out.
