May 24, 2023 Wednesday's Dailies

Todays dailies are brought to you by Marilyn and Team R&B 💕  It was a slow seal day from their observations. Seems the seals are all going somewhere else, wonder where they all hanging out.

Marilyn observed Rabbit Island today from 12:55 to 2:45 and there was one lone seal on island.

She was in the middle of LPB and Marilyn believes to be weaner RS12 (formerly known as PO4).

Marilyn only got one good view of her and she entered the water at 1:13 pm. She was ID'd by weaner size, female belly and two red tags.

Team R&B only found seals at one location. There was RM31 Kai with RH76 Kala. They were together on the rocks snoozing.

To the other end was the lovely Lei Ola RH48. She was alone and peacefully basking on the rocks.

Not all was lost since there were dolphins at play which always makes one feel good.

Team R&B noted that there was a film crew off shore with a canoe, jet ski and a gray boat.
