(part 2 ) Yesterdays' News - PO5 aka Pualani aka RS36 Weaner Update

In yesterdays news we have an update from Kaimana Beach from Melody.  Also I  am providing the link from NOAA on Pualani's RS36 relocation

In Melody's own words:

I went down to Kaimana Beach about mid-morning and found Pualani (PO5) near the Natatorium Wall snoozing.  I heard that she had gotten up really early again (around 6 am) and went out for a swim.  She has found the Natatorium and apparently likes to go in and take a swim and spend some time.  Maybe even hiding out.

I also heard that Kaiwi and Kalani were both found in the Natatorium together at a different time this morning.  Pualani had company on the beach this morning as Rocky (RH58) was spent the night and was snoozing down at her end.  She stayed up high under the palms for a long time.

About noon she headed towards the water, but then went back up.  She snoozed the rest of the afternoon high up on the sand and I heard that after sunset Kalani (N14) joined her.

Pualani (PO5) had a lot of company on the beach, not only Rocky, but also Kalani came in and got real close.  He even was able to put his head on her belly.  Her brother Wawamalu then showed up and there was a lot of fighting in the water between him and Kalani.  Both boys left and the girls were again alone on the beach.  Later on, Wawamalu came back and met up with his little sister and stayed with her for a while.  It was almost 3 pm and I decided to head out for the day.
