Marilyn viewed Rabbit Island from 12:45 to 2:00 and there were four seals on island.

On the Lanikai side of LPB was a Juvenile Male: juvenile size, light male belly and unsure about tags.

On the 1BS side of LPB was an Adult Male: adult size, tannish gray male belly and two red tags. When he galumphed down to the water get in, Marilyn saw he had six parallel line scars on his right rear side. the scars look superficial. When he was near the waters edge he also looked like he was going to crawl up on a rock to look the other

side. He entered the water about 1:25 and a short while later showed up near Mom and PO3. He looked at them for a short bit and then disappeared. About 1:45 Marilyn noticed he had hauled out to the J/M.

Mom and PO3 were in the same spot they have been the past few days. They were near the waters edge about 40 feet Lanikai side of 3BS. Marilyn could not get good views of them. PO3 does seem to be growing. Mom and pup moved down into the tide pool and were barely visible. 

Melody ventured out to check on Lei Ola and PO2 despite the bad weather. When she first got to the site Lei Ola and PO2 were having a water session with some playing and training. There was a light rain and some people came through to take photos and asked some questions.

A couple had come by and mentioned they had seen another small seal not that far away. The seal was playing in a tide pool.

Melody headed out to the area and there was Kaimana's pup formally known as PO1, now known as U'i Mea Ola RS32. She was just swimming around probably foraging for some eats. About 15 minutes later she headed out as she flipper flexed (flipped Melody off) and was not seen again.

As the rains began Melody called it a day.

Team R&B started out at a west side location where they found one seal. There was RH76 Kala up on seal inlet.  She was very alert, they tried to see what she was focusing on, but they didn't see anything. They left for their next stop.

They headed over to paradise cove and found Kaale RH32 once again on the reef resting. Folks were walking on the rocks close to him to take their photos and getting a close look. There were no signs or volunteers just tourist.

From there they went to check secrets. There were signs up but not in the best place for RN14 Kalani. So Team R&B gathered the signs and placed them around RN14. They called the hotline. The tourist were out and about in the zone taking close ups. They kept asking people to back up and give the seal space, to get behind the signs. Lets just say people weren't cooperating. 

Team R&B waited until 1:15 and headed out, when they returned they saw a volunteer had finally arrived.

They spotted another seal coming in fast, so they asked folks to move back. There was one small boy with a ball that just stayed there on the rocks pointing at the seal coming in. It was RG28 Lefty who kept getting closer and closer. So Team R&B asked the father to tell his kid to move back. Amazing people don't listen to someone looking out for the seals.
