Unknown Adult: small adult size, light ventral side and unsure about tags.
Unknown Subadult: smaller subadult size, light ventral side, and not sure about tags.
Team R&B's first sighting was from afar, there was a seal on shore. They made the drive out and totheir surprise there was R3CU. He was alone and resting comfortably.
They got a call of three seals on shore at secrets and of course lots of people. So they headed over to check. As they got there a huge wave came in and covered two of the seals by the naupaka. There was a volunteer on site with signs up. On shore was RN14 Kalani with RG28 Lefty. After the wave RN14 Kalani tried to galumph higher up in the naupaka.
Suddenly Team R&B spotted a third seal near the other two. It was RK72 Kekoa Alii was alone and all sandy. The three settled in.
Next Team R&B headed over to paradise cove and there was a volunteer on site. Team R&B had already called the hotline before they arrived since they were told about the seals with lots of people around.
Together on shore were RH32 Kaale and RL12 Aukai. Next to them but separate was RL08. The luau was on and tourist were coming down to the seals all excited. Thankfully the security folks from the luau got them back to the luau site. Hooray!
