They started their day finding Kekoa Alii RK72 alone on shore and sound asleep. A couple of people had put up the signs and Team R&B thanked them for looking out for him.
Shortly after RG28 Lefty arrive and hauled up to Kekoa Alii. They fought lots of flipper slapping and barking at each other. Lefty entered the water but RK72 did not follow. Lefty rolled in the water, disappointed Kekoa Alii wasn't going to engage.
Team R&B adjusted the signs and called the hotline. While they were waiting and educating people, a third seal arrived, it was RN14 Kalani. He and lefty had words and Kalani swam around the cove and left the sight for the day.
Team R&B went and did their other spot checks. At one location they found RN14 Kalani on the rocks alone. Guess he didn't want any company today and decided to find a spot to chill out alone.
Next stop they spotted a seal snoozing on shore alone. They checked it out to find RE74 Benny. A woman was walking along the shore, never saw Benny and while almost coming upon him noticed him there. She threw her hands in the air in the way she was totally shocked, she turned and quickly left the site. She was clearly surprised and shook up. Poor woman.
At another west side location they were happy to find their little cutie. RP84 Pe'ekai was up on lower rocks enjoying his siesta.
Up on high rocks were two seals. It was R3CU and RL08 resting peacefully.
Team R&B made on last spot check at the bay. There on the front water rocks were RL20 Kalua and R3CX Nalu. A nice way to end their day.
