Team T&D are on the big island enjoying themselves and looking for seals. They came across RL50 Kaulana. He recently finished his molt so he is looking shiny and new. He is looking pretty big for a yearling, but I guess the eating is good on the big island.
Team Billand arrived at a west side location just before 9 am when they found four seals hauled out.
First there was RF28 (Pohaku's sone) on lower rocks alone. Then there was Ka'ale RH32 to the right of seal inlet snoozing alone.
Nalu R3CX was at water front rocks hidden away and he was with RL20 Kalua. They were laying next to each other and at time and RL20 Kalua would at times go on top of Nalu, who was pretty much a good sport. Every once in awhile Nalu would lose his patience but like a good Uncle he was looking after the kid. They both eventually moved up on the rocks.
Team Billand did call the hotline to update them on RL20's hook and informed them of the other 3 critters. On their final check RF28 was gone
Team Billand found the beautiful Lei Ola RH48 alone resting at another west side location.5
At 3 Team Billand searching for more seals and came across two. As they hurried down they initially thought it was L42 Leia and RN14. But after watching they realized much to their surprise that it was not N14 but Da Benny RE74.
Leia made a dash away from Benny who went crazy and from sleep mode to full torpedo went after her. Off they went together to open waters. That was a perfect end to the day.
