11/9/2021 Lesley's Ka'ena Update

 Yesterday afternoon I checked the beaches after Team T&D monitored the park. I was luckier and sighted 3 seals

KG54 Huaka'i, R330 Squinty and RW02 PVKauai all sleeping peacefully in different locations.

This afternoon when I went out, I documented the same seals as yesterday KG54 Huaka'i, R330 Squinty and RW02 PVKauai. All 3 overnighted on their beaches and spent the day. RW02 PVKauai has finally started his molt -1%

Out at the point I documented 2 freshly landed LAAL both banded.

Although it was a perfect day (afternoon) to whale I didn't see any.  More soon
