They started their day checking out RL20's area. He was there but further out than usual. He was seen catching fish and chomping on it. For the majority of time they spent with him he was too far out to get any quality photos. On their later check he was not around.
Team R&B headed over to another west side location, upon arrival they saw two seals. The male was interesting, in that he had a large cookie scar on his back and then a scar on right side foreflipper when they realized this was RK36 Kauai Kolohe. His 4DJ tag was visible. They hadn't seen this "crusty old dude" in a very long time. HE is big and healthy, he also interested in RH76 Kala.
She was ID'd by the new shark bit wound on her face. She seems fine resting next to Kauai Kolohe. They spent about 45 minutes with both seal. There were a couple of folks in the area, but thankfully they never bothered the seals.
Unfortunately Team R&B had car trouble and it cut their day short.
