I could say they started their morning with something unusual but I would by lying. Early morning check it took them a bit but they did see RL20 Kalua foraging. There were times when he was seen chasing the fishers lines. Thankfully the fishermen knew what to do, reeling in their catch fast the fish on the line was flying out of the water hitting the wall. Team R&B hung around for 3 hours and then left to check other sites. They did a recheck about 3 pm but never saw RL20 anywhere.
At their next stop they spotted a seal with a beautiful newer coat, some scars on face, but the tags were hidden. They believe this to be Lei Ola RH48 resting on the rocks. Team R&B were a little concerned about a dog that was on the loose, not barking but focused on them (not the seal).
At another west side site they checked late afternoon and were happy to find one seal. There was RL70 Leina, looking minty green resting peacefully.
