Today's dailies are brought to you by Lesley, Melody and Team R&B💕. Lesley's Ka'ena update is part two of the dailies. Lesley provided a two for one update.
Melody provided us with a melody of Kaiwi and Loli'i (no pun intended LOL). Seriously a slide show of her photos from April 26th birth to June 8th weaning/relocation.
Team R&B once again found RL20 Kalua foraging and today they actually got a tag shot. Once again he never landed. I swear this kid going to haul out and be the size of Kaale. They saw a second seal with a new coat and two red tags. The seal did not land but they are pretty sure it's Lei Ola.
When they did a recheck RL20 Kalua was still foraging, so not only is he going to be fat he's going to
be greener than green. There were folks out in the water on their paddle boards following him, but thankfully he kept moving away wanting nothing to do with them. And much to Team R&B's delight Lei Ola RH48 had landed. She is looking great, beautiful new coat and still needed to plump up after her molt.At another west side location they found a huge male on the rocks alone. It was big ole boy from Molokai RN14 Kalani. He was in the same place as yesterday. Team R&B noted the place smelled of pee and poop. Seems between yesterday and today the poop didn't get washed away.
