Team T&D hiked the point with Lesley today. Their first find was Kainoa RN04. The poor guy still has a hook and it has been about a year now. The good news he looks healthy and isn't showing any signs of distress. Their next find was RL98 Lina on her beach doing what she does best. They had a surprise when they went looking for shells there was a seal. It was the lovely RN58 Luana, which was a great find but put looking for shells on hold. Their next find was Holokai RG40 a bit further down. They ended the day on the hike back they were really surprised to find Kawika R407. It took them a bit for a positive IF but after reviewing the photos they figured out who it was. Yeah Team!
Team R&B covered a lot of beaches today, a lot of walking without find any critters. It wasn't until just
Team R&B saw a large seal in the shallows and looked it over for quite a while. There was a scar on the left side of lower body, a line scar on its head and another on its lower under belly. The biggest clue was his NB on hind flippers and under mid belly section. Finally they confirmed R330 Squinty.
