Marilyn viewed Rabbit Island from 1:30 to 3:00 and there were three seals seen during that time.

Again between Middle Cliff and 3BS were RF34 Pua and PO3. The pup is five weeks old today and is beginning to get a beach ball shape. Mom has lost a lot of weight. PO3 headed away from mom several time and got called back. Then PO3 headed up to the cliff and Mom followed where they spent the rest of the time while Marilyn was watching. The pup's belly is reddish but still can not confirm its sex.

Between 3BS and SRI was an Unknown Adult: adult size, not sure about sex or tags. The UA headed up into the dunes among the morning glory and went into snooze mode.

Team R&B first stop at the bay they found Mr. Kai RM31 just hauling up on the rocks. He and his brother RP30 have same kind of face. Team R&B stuck around for a bit to see if any other seals were in the area and to make sure no one bothered RM31.

Next stop at Kahe they saw a seal galumphing on the rocks. At first they thought it was L08 but the seal was too small and two unreadable tags.  Then they saw it was a female with a very green coat. The tag only showed an H, but lo and behold that applied bleach N48 became visible. It was Lei Ola RH48! Well she has weaned her pup and is back home on the west side.  

Next stop was at Nimits where they found one seal up on the reef. It was RN14 Kalani alone and resting. Hopefully Aukai is on her way to Rabbit Island.  There were people on shore and all were respectful of the Kalani.

Last seal of the day was at the cliffs. They spotted a seal alone resting and saw its cc scar on the right side. They were able to ID RP30 Puka!
