Team R&B did their best today in spite of the crazy weather conditions today!

On the west side it pouring through out the night and all day, they lost electricity on and off through out the night. They woke up and waited until 9 am to leave the house.

The rain stopped briefly with a little sun peaking through, but that didn't last long. 

They headed over to ironically electric beach, and just as the storm was coming around again they spotted a seal. Did they leave? NO!  They hurried down to the check out the seal.  There was R3CX Nalu sleeping in a mess of sandy mud.  They took some photos, made the ID and left the seal.  

Next they stopped at secrets, they had a hard time parking the car.  Just as the storm was returning they ran down and the rain started, then the lightening and thunder. 

Got down there and found tourist out in this weather taking pictures of the two seals. There was Kekoa Alii RK72 and Kalani RN14 both very alert.  The woman looked over to Team R&B and smirked with a look like she knew she was caught inside the zone with the two monk seals.

The weather got so bad they hurried out, water was rising fast, and they were soaked. The camera survived (thank goodness)

Team R&B called it a day on the beaches went home to get warm and off to an appointment.
