Team R&B were out there today but did not find any seals. They did say all the beaches were packed with people today.
Marilyn viewed Rabbit Island from 12:12 to 1:38 pm and there were five seals seen during that time.
Alone at the back of LPB was weaner RT19 (PO8). While he did roll over and shoed of his light belly, he was mostly hidden during Marilyn's viewing session.
On the mid-back 1BS side of LPB were two seals:
Adult Male: adult size, gray male belly, unsure about tags.
Near the AM was a Sub-adult Male: sub-adult size, older coat with lots of green on the ventral, male belly, unsure about tags.
The AM and SM later moved closer to the berm closer to the water. The AM entered the water about 12:56 and headed in the Makapuu direction.
Closer to the 1BS and water was an Adult Female: adult size, long and thin, new coat, light gray female belly and two red tags.
Meanwhile between 3BS and SRI was weaner RT90 (Manapua PO3) who was ID'd by his chubby weaner size, light male belly and two red tags. At 1:10 om the AM hauled out of the SRI channel and headed towards RT90. He stopped about 25 feet away and then rolled over and headed back into the water.
