They started their morning spotting a seal way up shore by a downed tree at E.B. When they got to the site they found their boy da Benny RE74. They made a zone around him and called the hotline. Then from a distance they could see another seal hauling out at tracks. They left Benny to check it out. Lefty RG28 was on shore at the trees. While they were there another seal came in to join Lefty. It was his new buddy Kaale RH32. Lefty greeted Kaale and then they both left to play off shore for a while just as a volunteer arrived.
The volunteer headed over to Benny. Team R&B stayed at tracks waiting for Kaale and Lefty to land
Team R&B went back to check on Benny and found two tourist with Benny. They went over to educate them and get them to move back. The tourist listened to them talk but continued to walk along side Benny to get a picture. After Team R&B explained the seals need rest they finally left the site. By that time Benny had moved down to the shore. Oh and the zone Team R&B had initially put up was removed. (shame) They left the area for the day.
They did a recheck of the site in the afternoon they noticed another seal was up on left high rocks. It took some time to get an ID, it was RH76 Kala who joined the boys.
From there Team R&B headed over to KoOlina and was happy to find three seal in separate Lagoons. They spent talking with visitors. They found RH92 Nalani in Lagoon 2, RL12 Aukai in Lagoon 3 and RN14 Kalani at Paradise Cove on the rocks.
