02/05/2021 Friday Monk Seal Dailies

Today's dailies are brought to you by Lesley, Team Billand and Melody. Lesley's Ka'ena update is part two of the dailies

In the yesterday's news department we have news from Melody. She went up to the north shore and came across the "seafaring boy" Holokai RG40. He was in deep snooze mode and looking quite content. Better still there was no one on the beach to disturb him. After hanging out with Holokai. Melody went to look at the albatross, she ran into a Cattle Egret annoying the crap out of a goat. (now that sounds like fun) Melody did see the Albatross but nothing was exciting as the Egret & the Goat.

Team Billand got to KoOlina to find RH92 Nalani, resting in a small protection zone set up by securty.

They spent some time educating the people who came by. A loose boogie board was in front of her, she was aware of it. Team Billand called the hotline. As Team Billand was leaving they updated security.

After checking other location they spotted a seal from afar. The seal was on shore and they were hoping it might be da Benny. When they arrived they were surprised and happy to see Nalu R3CX.

The best part of the day came when they for RL42 Leia looking plump and healthy. Her cookie wound is all healed. Then there was N4 Kai next to her looking so tiny. What was so wonderful was RL42 is N4s Mom. Just interesting to see a pup stay around its Mom, like he does. He doesn't pester her and she stays close. There were waves hitting them, so they both galumphed up higher and go back to resting side by side.

Turns out today was a big day for N4 who got his bling today. He is officially RM31 tagged with M31/M30 tags. The two of them left into the rough surf. RL42 way ahead and the kid doing his best to catch up.
