Today's dailies are brought to you by Team T&D and Team R&B 💕.
Team T&D met up with Lesley at Ka'ena Point. The first find ID'd by Lesley, was R330 Squinty and R303 BG together. Next there was Napua RK40 sleeping on some rocks not looking too comfortable. There was an Albatross chick is growing fast. When they got to the point they found RW02 PvKauai keeping RL98 Lina company. R3CU was on the other beach on his own. They all hiked Keawa'ula side and saw a calf breach at least 10 times. They also found RL74 Kami.
Team R&B 💕 went to the outfall and found Kaale RH32 foraging on his own for quite a while. Then
they noticed another seal who turned out to be RN14 Kalani. The bosom buddies left the outfall and headed towards tracks. They landed then entered the water again to play. Then at 11:20 both of them landed again. Team R&B 💕 followed the bosom buddies from a little past 7 to 11:30.Next stop to another west side location they found a seal close to the water hole. They had the hardest time figuring out who this was. When they got home that's when they realized who they were dealing with. R407 Kawika. The other find was RK71 Kekoa Alii, and they knew him right away! Then there was Nalu R3CX with RH76 Kala. RN44 was to the right on lower rocks.
Team R&B 💕 headed out to another location. At first they saw nothing until they noticed a group of five looking at something and taking pictures. Sure enough it's seal and its little RM31 Kai. They got the best photos they could given the guys hanging around. The only good thing was when asked, the boys were able to provide the tags number.
Team R&B 💕 went back to do a recheck on the group they had seen earlier. When they got there Kala and Nalu had left but now there was RL70 Leina on lower rocks. And they were happy to find Lei Ola at seal inlet. The seals kept them on their toes today that's for sure.
