10/9/2018 Monk Seal Dailies: RK24, RN14, RW22, RH32, RK38, RJ06, U/U.

Today's dailies are brought to you by Team Billand, Marilyn and Gayle.
First let me explain the gap in the dailies, my access to a secure wi-fi was limited and the time zone difference made it most difficult for me to keep up. For that I apologize.  I will do my best over the next couple of days to post as much as I can from the last two weeks.  I appreciate your understanding.

So here is today's update.
Great news from Gayle, she found RK24 and had been missing this little dude since she last spotted him on 8/24 before hurricane lane.  Question is where was he hiding?

Team Billand found Kalani RN14 on the westside, he is healthy and in good condition.
They were tied up today with a number of mishaps, between a flat tire and stuck in traffic.
Team Billand's next find was Kolohe and Ka'ale.

Marilyn sent an update of Rabbit Island sightings from Sunday the 7th. She spotted 3 seals.
Rk38 Hali'a ID'd by weaner size, 2 tags and female belly (and lack of natural bleach mark).
RJ06 Aka, ID'd by male belly, larger size than weaner but still small juvenile size, 2 tags and male belly.
UU at the left point beach, newer coat, subadult size, undetermined sex, possible small natural bleach on mid right side and 2 tags.  There was no applied bleach so it ruled out Kawena.

 Kaale RH32
 Kolohe RW22
 Kalani RN14
RJ06 Aka
 RK36 Hali'a
 UU
RK24 (Kaiwi's boy)
