I checked Crappy Cove at 0545. Kea was gone. I picked up the stuff and continued on.

From MO, at 0742 I found Kaiwi (RK96) at 2BS on Rabbit Island.

At 0800 when I got to Makai Pier I found that Duke (RA12) had hauled out to join her.

On a pan at 0829 I found Kainoa (RN04) moving down from the grass to the water front rocks of Rocky Right Beach, RI.

At 0921 Aukai (RL12) & RM38 hauled out together to 1BS on Rabbit Island. M38 would reenter the water at 0930, and Aukai would do the same later at 1033. Both would relocate to join Kaiwi & Duke at 2BS.

On a pan at 1012 I found Kolohe (RW22) just hauling out to the left end rock flats at RI.

Gayle called at 1204 with the report of Kea (RN46) on the water front rocks of Crappy Cove, Sandy Beach. Witnesses said he had hauled out 15 min earlier. We cordoned him off, and he remains. Thank you Gayle and Melanie.

Cianna called at 0727 with the report of Haupu (RB24) at Mokuleia. I think she probably got the call from Marilyn & Lesley who called seconds later.

At 0852 the Billands reported that they had been following a cruisin’ Kermit from WP to Nimitz lookin’ for chicks. He would finally haul out (alone) to Al’s Bench, Kalaeloa Campgrounds.

At 0857 Marilyn, Lesley & Ken reported Luana (RN58) on the way in to KP, just beyond the KP parking lot on the Mokuleia side.

At 0919 they reported R912 and RIP (RR70) together at "Hidden Beach", along the KP trail.

When they got to Ka’ena Point at 1030 they initially found Ka’ena (RO40) and later found that RW02 had joined him.

At 1031 Team Billand reported M&M (R020) at #1707 White Plains.

The Billands reported Ewa Girl (RS00) at Wind Sock at 1305.

At 1325 Cianna called to advise that she’d gotten a call from Nicole , on Maui, who had received a call about an animal at Lanikai. Whether that was the Mokes or Lanikai Beach was not know. The mystery was solved with a call from Diane G advising that KSK photos say Right Spot (R016) on Moku Nui.

At 1331 Cianna called to advise that an Airport Security person had reported an animal at the Reef Runway. Since it was a mere mortal, and not Eileen, there was no further info .

Diane Gabriel & Karen Turner did the Turtle Bay trek and found La’akea (RK82) at 2nd Beach (beyond Kahuku Pt.
