Tony did a shift with Ola Loa... she spent most of the time in the water hauling around 2 pm and snoozed until he lefted at 6

4/13/2015 Yesterday's News WEANER Ola Loa

4/13/2015 DB's Dailies: Sadie,Kaiwi&Kainoa@RI, Kolohe,U'ilani&Kekoa@Maili Pt, Nihoa&Kolohe@GR, Benny@PC, Ola Loa@TB

Sadie is Back ! At 0823 I found a rotund Sadie (RB12) at the water line, at the left end of the beach on Rabbit Island. She would remain there all day.

Also at 0823 I found Kaiwi (RK96), and Kainoa (RK96) at the log, and Kainoa (RN04) in the Morning Glory at 1BS. Both would later galumph down to join Sadie at the water line. With Kaiwi in the lead she and Kainoa entered the water at 1037. I would late glimpse Kainoa foraging off shore of Left Greenery. He would haul out fronting 1BS at 1145 , where he remained the rest of the day.

Despite looks by both Gayle and myself that would prove to be th SE quadrant cast for today.

A DanaTxt at 0840 advised of an animal , once again at Shark’s Cove on the North Shore. I’ve gotten no further information.

At 0948 Team Billand reported finding Kolohe (RW22), Ui’lani (RN36)& big brother Kekoa (RK72) together at Maili Point. On their 1700 check, Kekoa was alone.

At 1121 they found Nihoa (R912) at Maili Guard Rails. The would later find that Kolohe had joined Nihoa at Guard Rails.

A BillandTxt at 1143 advised of an animal at Paradise Cove. A DanaTxt advised that it was Benny (RE74). Dana advised that Benny departed at 1849.

Diane Gabriel provided Ola Loa shots, from her shift today. She said Ola was in the water the entire time.

In the Yesterday’s News department, Vera Cober provided excellent shots of Ola in her first hours of the rest of her life, after weaning. She spent a lot of time in the water, but did get some beach time, and judging by the expression on her face, ran into something that didn’t taste all that good.
