Marilyn viewed Rabbit Island from 12:36 to 1:21 pm and there were six seals seen during that time.
In the middle of LPB was a Juvenile Female: juvenile size, slim body, tan female belly and two tags.
About 40 feet closer to the 1BS was MO3 and her pup PO3. They mostly snoozed. Marilyn noticed that when there is cloud cover and the temperature probably cooler that the moms don't move around as much.
On the 3BS side of Middle Cliff were RF34 Pua and her pup PO4. Again both mom and pup were mostly in snooze mode. Both seem healthy.
Between 3BS and SRI was a Sub-adult Male: sub-adult size, tannish-brown male belly; unsure about tags.
Team R&B started out early since they had an appointment to get to. They didn't see any seals in the morning. They headed out after the appoint but then came the rain, thunder and lightening, along with some flooding. So they waited until there was a break. They went out again and still no luck.
Finally late in the day, they spotted one seal tucked in the rocks. Of course the seal didn't move to give them any information for an ID. All they could see was a big adult, with a clean coat. The seal was resting peacefully.
