They received a text and a photo of a seal on shore very early morning (5:45 am).  Unfortunately they could not respond until 9 am. When they arrived there were two seals on shore and of course the tourist.

One seal was RH32 Kaale who must have come in after Aukai who was next to him. There was a sign on the ground between the two of them. Team R&B couldn't get to it until they moved away from it, which was a bit of time.

Finally Rl12 Aukai moved down to the water and Kaale followed. A tourist was running by, and Team R&B asked him to pick up the sign, which he did.  The hotline was called and a volunteer arrived just after 10 am.

Team R&B was coming up empty most of the morning. It rained so they went home and waited it out. When the rain stopped they left for Kaena West. Their first find was weaner RQ24 Mauna on his back showing off his fat belly.

Next they found RP30 Puka to the right on the rocks.  They were surprised and happy to see he is finally molting. His face and belly, its going really fast. He's going to be so handsome in his new coat.
