05/08/2022 Sunday's Dailies

Let me just take a minute and wish everyone a Happy Mother's Day.  And if you are not a mother, then this is a wish for all our seal Moms, current and to be.  Todays dailies are brought to you by Team R&B💕

Team R&B had an easy start to their morning. They went to check and sure enough Lei Ola RH48 was in the same area, for the last six days. She was snoozing peacefully, she is showing  pre-molt behavior, but we shall see.

At another west side location, they found sweet Pe'ekai RP84. He was in his little spot snoozing away. They're always happy to see this little guy and are thrilled he's staying around. The only down side is when they don't see him, they worry.  When they did a recheck he was still there!

Team R&B headed over to tracks and there was a big fat male is back on the west side again. There was RH32 Kaale looking like he's been eating very well.  There had been a couple of guys hanging out by him, but Kaale was okay.  

Then they saw a Dad walking with his kid, Team R&B watched thinking they wouldn't bother the seal.  No, they just decided to sit close to Kaale, thankfully Kaale was in a deep sleep and didn't lunge or bark at them.

At one of the other sites, they saw a beautiful horse. There was a girl riding it and they were going fast. You just never know what you going to see out at the beaches!
