05/07/2022 Saturday's Dailies

Todays dailies are brought to you by Marilyn and Team R&B💕

Marilyn viewed Rabbit Island from 11:30 to 1:20 and once again there was only one seal on island today.
A short distance Makapuu side of the 1BS up in the dunes was a S/F: subadult to adult size, tannish-yellowish female belly with some green and two red tags. The subadult female moved down from the dunes to the waters edge and later started moving up the beach.  There may be some sort of scar on the lower left side of her mouth.

Team R&B started out early to pick up junior sealette, but of course they made a quick stop. There they found Miss Lei Ola RH48. She was snoozing in the same spot as the last five days.  Glad she back on the west side where Team R&B can keep and eye on her.

After picking up Junior Sealette they made a stop and round R07M who is now nicknamed Alika. He was snoozing alone today.

At another west side location they found little RP84 Pe'ekai. He was alone on the rocks getting some rest. Seems everyone is solo today.

Next stop they saw a tiny seal from afar so they went to check hoping it wasn't a rock. (LOL, it happens)  Well its good they did because there was Kai RM31 dreaming of big Tako. (if seals do have dreams I'm sure that's what they dream of).

Junior sealette joined them for the trek out to Ka'ena West. They watched the dolphins and of course there were the people.
Out at Ka'ena West, it was junior sealette that called out "Grams I found a seal, see it?"  There was RL42 Leia who was resting in the shallows alone. She is looking quite chubby!

They made one last stop to check on RH48 Lei Ola.  She was still there and now RL20 Kalua had joined her.  The beach was packed with people, and the seals were just fine.
