Marilyn viewed Rabbit Island from 12:30 to 2:20 and there were two seals on island.
About 10-15 feet from each other near SRI were two seals:
Female Weaner: weaner to juvenile size, light female belly and two red tags.
Subadult Female: subadult size, new coat, light to medium gray female belly, line scar on mid right chest and two red tags.
Marilyn believes these to be the same two that were hanging out together yesterday.
Team R&B wasn't haven't much luck today. There were no seals around on their search so they lookedat one more spot and finally spotted a seal amongst the snorkelers.
They waited and hoped the seal would haul out. Thankfully it did as they were talking with a diver.
The seal was RL20 Kalua. He moved up further on the rocks due to the tide rising.
At another west side location they made another check and got lucky this time. There hidden in the rocks was RQ42 alone and looking comfy. They waited for a while to make a positive ID and finally with patience they for the tag shot.
