Team R&B started out at a busy beach with both people and seals. When they first arrived there were no seals, but just 5 minutes later here comes a seal. They got the signs and RG28 Lefty hauled out. He was very vocal, hauled up on shore and buried his face.
Next up was RN14 Kalani, he came in and met up with Lefty. They sniffed each other then both entered the water for about 45 minutes.
Then RH32 Kaale came slithering in. Kalani and Lefty were busy playing by the reef on the right. Kaale landed, hauled up on the rocks without the boys even noticing.
Suddenly, Kalani and Lefty came flying in to fight for Kaale. It was action packed, people were gathered and got a good show of how dangerous they can be. At the same time it was very exciting. The boys continued to play really rough, barking at each other, lots of flipper slaps and moving about. It took a while for the three of them to relax and settle in and go off to sleep.
Team R&B were at another location when they got a text from Melody that a fourth seal arrived. They went back to check. There on shore was none other than Kekoa Alii RK72. He was with RN14 Kalani, RG28 Lefty and RH32 Kaale. Thank goodness all the females were elsewhere.
In spite of checking other locations Team R&B found only one other seal. Their little guy Pe'ekai RP84. He was on lower rocks keeping himself out of sight.
