Today's dailies are brought to you by Team Billand, and what a joyful day they had.
Their day began early spotting a seal hauling out at tracks, the seal was ID'd as RN14. He did not stay and they saw him long enough to get an ID.
Off to the outfall where they spot two seals playing and splashing about both nuzzling each other. Even the fisherman were curious what they were doing playing or hunting. They ID'd R407 Kawika and RN14 Kalani. The two played forever, Team Billand had to leave to check on the other locations.
They spotted a seal hauling out at tracks again so off they went. This time it was fat boy Kaale RH32.
He came up alone and settled in for the day. The best part off this stop was the humpbacks were going crazy off shore. They were having a great time.Their next stop was another westside location where they found RL20 Kalua, RK72 Kekoa, and little N4 Kai. They were all hauled out sleeping peacefully. Nice to see three different ages hanging out together.
Team Billand stopped off at the bay and found RN44 sleeping alone. He seems to have claimed this as his home. From afar they saw two seals hauling out so they hurried over. There was R3CX Nalu with R1KN on shore snoozing. People were around getting close but thankfully not disturbing the seals. Nalu was trying to get close to R1KN, but she just turned over and galumphed up higher.
