Yup they were out there today in all the wind and torrential down pours on the island.

There was a window of time where the weather allowed and they made the best of it.

They found RH76 Kala hidden high up in the rocks at pokai. She was alone tucked in nice and snug.

Also they spotted a few whales out in the stormy conditions, victory at sea.

They stopped in Makaha and got to see four turtles. There were two small ones with a larger one andthen they saw another that was hidden by the large turtle.  

They could see how the surf has eroded some of the beach. Looks like one of their favorite shady trees is about to be taken by the surf.  

Heavy rains started again so they headed home for safety.
