Team R&B had another slow day today. They started out watching the whales and listening to the chanters, which in itself is pretty awesome.

They got a call of a seal that had just hauled up at plains. Just as they were arriving they got another call that another seal was hauling up and with the first seal.  

The first seal on the beach was RL12 Aukai.  She was joined by

RL08, who came in from the east. The lifeguards were aware of his arrival and excited to see him coming in.

Next Team R&B headed over to pokai where they found a group of folks on the rocks. They were checking out a seal RL20 Kalua, and then the people left.  But another group of people were on the top area playing music and dancing. Team R&B decided to hang out for a bit.

Then all of a sudden the group of people were cheering and one of the woman with a dark blue shirt and colorful skirt made her way down to the seal.  She  straddled over the seal and slapped its side. RL20 leapt

up and barked at her, she went behind the seal showing no fear. RL20 kept leaping at her trying to bite.  RL20 flipped over and left the area.  

Team R&B explained to the group above who was taking a video that this was wrong to do and that the seal was a protected species. They just laughed,...... I can't imagine how frustrating this must have been.
