Marilyn viewed Rabbit Island from 12:15 to 2:15 and there were two seals seen during that time.
Behind the water front rocks of the LPB surge channel was Unknown Sub-adult 1: sub-adult to adult size, yellowish belly, unsure about sex or tags. This seal is probably the same one that was in the same location yesterday. The seal only moved slightly during Marilyn's viewing session.
Down from 3BS was Unknown Sub-adult 2: sub-adult size, light ventral, unsure about sex or tags.
Team R&B only had one seal today. This morning they found RG28 Lefty on the rocks resting.
There were people walking up to the spot where he was resting. Its an endless battle trying to get people to respect the boundaries for wild life.
