Marilyn viewed Rabbit Island from 12:35 to 2:00 and there were three seals on island today.

They were all on LPB:

RK37 Huia started at the back of LPB, then moved toward the water then back up the beach. Adult size, new coat, light gray female belly, two red tags and nb on lower left side.

Adult Female 1: adult size, older coat, tannish green female belly and two red tags. She moved up and down the beach multiple times.

In the middle of LPB was Adult Female 2: smaller adult size, light tan female belly and two red tags. Soon after Marilyn started viewing, she rolled over and moved up the beach only showing her rear flippers.

Up on the back rim of the crater, and adult Masked Booby and its fledging were seen. The fledging

exercised its wings numerous times, but Marilyn never saw it fly.

Team R&B had a very short day as they had some personal business to tend to. They were out briefly and found two seals.

RH48 Lei Ola was alone and snoozing in complete peace.

Then they found a seal at seal inlet. It was R416 Makkalii and he was alone doing just fine.
