Marilyn viewed Rabbit Island from 12:20 to 2:05 and there were a total of three seals on island during her observation.

Alone midway back on LPB was Unknown Adult #1: appeared to be large adult size and possibly two red tags. It appeared to have a light gray belly, and Marilyn was unsure about gender.

Initially alone among the rock flats on the Makapuu side of SRI was Unknown Adult #2: probably subadult to adult size, light gray ventral side, unsure about gender or tags.

About 1:40 Marilyn became aware of Unknown Adult #3 approaching U/A2 from the shoreward side. She doesn't know where U/A3 came from. U/A3: subadult to adult size, unknown gender or tags.

Team R&B were at the outfall when a guy pointed them in a direction of a seal in the water off the outfall. They recognized its natural bleach on the left side of its face. There was Nalu R3CX. He then disappeared and landed up on shore by the trees.

They got a call from an old friend to inform them of a seal hauled out at Plains. They headed out to the area and found

RH92 Nalani sound asleep on shore. As they were heading over towards her four kids ran up to her and she reacted. They hurried over and asked the kids to back away and to keep it quiet. One boy asked why? They explained she needed a lot of rest and looks to be pregnant. She told them all about RH92 from Kauai and her unfortunate times with a dog attack, a shark attack and the hookings she has been through.

Then Team R&B made friends with a surfer dude.

Team R&B had to take care of some personal business so they

weren't out very long today.

They did manage to checkout secrets and there was a volunteer on site with signs and ropes up. RG28 Lefty was at the left end and Kekoa Alii RK72 was mid way.

There was an Unidentified Male was to the right near the entrance path. They studied the animal, a male no tags and looks like he recently molted. They could not make the ID.
