December 2, 2024 Monday's Dailies

Today's dailies are brought to you by Team R&B💕

They started their day at Pokai where they spotted a chubby female. She was way up in the greenery and was alone. They ID'd RL70 Leina, looking very dirty covered all over. Thankfully she showed her tag so they got the confirmation they needed.

While on site they saw lots of Bulbuls chirping away. Leina RL70 wasn't too happy with the birds and was vocal about it. The Bulbuls got the message and took off.

Next they headed over to yoks where they found RP28 Wakea snoozing onshore. He was looking quite cute in the sunlight. They were happy to see him again.

They waited around to see if Lefty would show up, but he did not while they were there.

People started arriving, this prompted them to call the hotline based on people's behavior lately. Unfortunately no one ever showed up. Team R&B did their best and made a zone with sticks. They stayed with Wakea for over two hours.  

Unfortunately even having a zone around him people came walking right up. As they got closer Team R&B asked for them to move back. Then a family showed up and hung out right by the seal. Team R&B did their best outreach with the kids, who were excited.

All was good, so Team R&B headed to their car and looking back the people went right to the seal. Team R&B waited so that people could see they were still there, some got the message, some did not.

Out of frustration and raised blood pressure, Team R&B left the site.

Their last stop was at Kahe where they found Kai RM31. He was alone resting in a shallow pond. Thankfully he was resting peacefully away from any humans.
