November 23, 2023 Thursday's Dailies Happy Thanksgiving

Happy Thanksgiving to all and your loved ones.  Todays dailies are brought to you by Team R&B💕.  Marilyn did view Rabbit Island but didn't sort through the photos before her Thanksgiving dinner plans. If and when she sends an update I'll post.

Team R&B started their turkey day at the bay. They were surprised to see people out there so early. They didn't see any seals, but they did hear them. They looked out at the water and spotted a midsize seal vocalizing and it was all alone. The seal never landed but they believe it to be RM31 Kai.

At another west side location they were thrill to find RG28 Lefty. He was alone and enjoying the peace and quiet. After all the attention he received while molting at yoks and he is looking quite handsome and getting some rest.

Heading over to tracks there were more campers and tents, cars on the grass, dogs and kids running around.  Team R&B only saw one seal up on shore, which was RH32 Kaale. They walked around to the other end and below was Nalu R3CX in the greeney snoozing.

Then they spotted a third seal off shore swimming towards the area. It was Rl20 Kalua who looks to be more than 50% into his molt. He came in, looked around at all the commotion from the waterline and galumphed up next to Kaale to settle in.

Team R&B left tracks to check another location. They were able to watch RH32, R3CX and RL20 from afar. Then they noticed a fourth seal ! It cautiously hauled up looking at the other seals and the campers in the area. The seal galumphed over to R3CX and it was RL08!!  He went up to Nalu sniffed him out then rolled over and got all sandy. They both settled and went into snooze mode.
