June 16, 2023 Friday's Dailies

Todays dailies are brought to you by Marilyn and Team R&B💕

Marilyn viewed Rabbit ISland from 12:05 to 2:02 and only the two weaners were on island today.
Between 1BS and 2BS was Weaner A: weaner size, shape and coloration, two red tags and a light female belly. Her pale NB on lower right side may have been visible, so if Marilyn had to guess Weaner a is RS34.
Just hanging out at Middle Cliff was Weaner B: weaner size, shape
and coloration, two red tags, Marilyn noted how she always enjoy the "manapua" shape of the rear view of a weaner. She never got a ventral view of this critter who she guesses to be RS12.

In yesterday's news Team R&B only made one stop since they had appointments. There were two seals at the bay. They were first in the water fighting and playing, but Team R&B waited and they landed. It was RM31 Kai and RH76 Kala.

Today they for a text from a fisher friend that there were seals in the outfall.  By the time they made it out one seal was foraging in the middle of the cove, but left to go out further for the bigger schools of fish.
The seal was so green and not that big, and stealing fish from the fishermen. It has to be RL20 Kalua who the fisher said he was quite aggressive.
Team R&B saw remnants of a laynet stuck to the side of the coral head.

When they checked the bay today they only found one seal. There was Kai RM31 alone resting.
They decided to make the very muddy Ka'ena West trek. It was extremely hot and humid, everyone coming out looked like a cherry tomatoes. They finally found one seal, it was RP30 on his side. He was alone and resting on his side.
