11/26/2010 DB Dailies

When we saw Duke foraging off Sandy Beach yesterday we wondered if he was headed back to Rabbit Island, or out on an adventure. This morning at 0803 that question was answered. We found him doing 7 minute dives at Spitting Cave. Despite having 4 divers around him , he showed no concern at all and maintained the rhythm of his dives.

Duke was the only critter in my SE Quadrant world today. RI was
certified Monk Seal free.

Team Billand checked in at 0806 with the report of Benny at White Plains.
They called again at 1131 with the report of an animal off shore of the jetty, and at 1200 reported that a chubby Rocky had hauled out to Kermit's Reef on the west side of the Nimitz jetty.
