They had another slow day today. There were big waves, one turtle and Miss Kala RH76. They found Kala after looking for a while, she was well hidden in the rocks. They waited for her to move. Then a "jerk"" came by looking for shells and he got too close to her and started making noises. Kala woke up and looked right at him. Team R&B made themselves visible, he looked over at them, they pointed to Kala he gave the thumbs up but continued to make noises.  After 30 minutes a big

wave came up and consumed the dude. HE came up and said the seal is usually always with another seal. Team R&B gave him the monk seal 101 talk, who knows if it will matter. Finally he left.

They found a turtle climbing up on shore at Makaha due to big surf. They also saw their first whale of the season today.
