October 15, 2026 Thursday's Dailies

Todays dailies are brought to you by Team R&B💕

Out on the west side they went looking for Miss Kala. She was not at her usual spot, she moved to another area. Maybe she hiding from the boys. She was alone resting comfortably.

Next they were out by rest camp when a friend asked if they saw the baby seal? They were thrilled he was pointed out to them. There was RV20 alone and resting on shore. There were signs up and lots of curious happy visitors observing the little green seal.

Over by the outfall they spotted two seals foraging. They got a good look at the adult seal with the clean coat. It's Aukai RL12 with one tag, scar on right side of head. She was quite busy trying to run from the other adult seal with greenish coat. They weren't able to ID the green seal.

Last stop was to check on R407 Kawika. When they arrived they

didn't see him so they kept walking. They saw him further away than his usual spot. He was basking in the sun, flipping over when the waves hit him. Still looking good. They did see his plover friend along with a beautiful butterfly.
