At 6:15 am Team Billand found Benny RE74 in the dark, way up in Naupaka bushes at Ko'Olina . They put a zone up and notified the hotline. They stayed until 8:30 am. There were lots of visitors and they did the usual outreach especially to the one who tried to pass by the ropes. Benny is looking quite "grubby" but no signs of his molt starting as of yet. Before leaving they called the hotline again to inform.
After watching Benny all that time they rushed down to Maili and the "group" waiting on the rocks. Lei Ola was to far right, way up on the top rocks alone. In a group of three they found Kekoa, Ka'ale and RN14 together on the left top rocks. RN14 and Ka'ale took off into the water to play for some time while Kekoa remained alone. \
Next to arrive RR70 RIP hauled up on lower rocks, alone. Lei Ola was alone on the top rocks, made it difficult to get a good shot of her today. She then slid her way to the little water puddle below, stayed the entire time, sleeping. She is very likely preparing her body for molt any day.
Team Billands' last find of the day was RL42 at Makua Cliffs. She was on the rocks alone resting peacefully.
Gayle did not see Buster this morning at Sandy beach and according to Chris(?) he left this morning around 5am. As they were chatting Gayle saw an incoming and lo and behold there was RO16 Right Spot right on time. She came on shore and spent the day snoozing, Gayle left her at 18:25.
Gayle also spent a little time checking in on Rabbit Island and found 3 critters.
