Tammy was solo today and headed out to Ka'ena Point where she found RO40 Ka'ena. He was in the water and had his face mostly hidden, she was unable to determine if he still has a damsk hook. Tammy's next find brings some nice photos of RN58 Luana. This time of year when the surf is high and the temperatures are cooler many of the seals are on higher ground and this was true for Luana. She is also looking shall we say "plump".
Posse pal Vicki was out with her mutt Lola walking on a trail at Turtle Bay, when Lola stopped, sat down facing the ocean, and kept sniffing the air. Vicki took a little detour to the sand and found a male Tag G...(something) a little past Right Spots old spot. Good chance it was Holokai RG40.
Vicki and Lola continued their day and came across RJ16 Kahulu, and a larger seal near the waters edge ( moved up later) larger seal had two tags T_0 my guess is Ua Malie .
On Vicki's way out she saw a swimming head by the elbow and followed it back to the point. Critter seemed to be on a mission and clearly he was cuz he made a bee line for Kahulu, poked his belly with his nose. Kahulu headed for the water and (Holokai?) was on his tail. They played and swam off having some brotherly fun.
Gayle was reunited with Right Spot this morning at Sandy Beach, I'm not sure if Gayle spent the whole day but she left Right Spot at 18:30 at Sandy's. We'll see if she's there tomorrow.
