I hope all of you had a grrrreat Thanksgiving ! The traditional pig out is just moments away for us, but first things first...... At 0736 I found Duke (RA12) on the water front rocks of Seal Rock Inlet. I suspected that one or more must be hiding somewhere behind all those rocks. It would take until 1410, and a look from the Makapuu Overview to discover that RM38 was totally hidden from me behind the Rocky Right Beach rocks. He had no doubt been there all day. No molting percentage was possible.
Diver posse member Paul Hasley called at 1341 to advise that Kaiwi (RK96) had hauled out to her Lanai Lookout hideout at approximately 1300. I confirmed the ID at 1351. Paul’s photos will be coming.
Team Billand checked in at 0642 with the report of Benny (R#74) overnighted at #1707,and Buster (RV08) & Makaiwi (R4DF) at 1760.
At 0730 they added M&M (R020) at #1944 to the White Plains cast.
In the afternoon the Billands reported that both Benny & Buster had departed, but the girls remained. At 1800 the advised that Buster had returned to join M&M at 1944.
At 1423 they reported RK36 at Maili Point.
